Morgan NPA was founded by Hisham Morgan, MPA, a nonprofit executive and organizational leader with more than 15 years of experience across nonprofit, humanitarian, educational, faith-based, and community institutions.

His leadership experience has included organizational transformation, strategic planning, operational management, financial oversight and stabilization, governance, performance management, fundraising operations, systems implementation, compliance, and organizational growth. He has worked directly with CEOs, Boards, staff, volunteers, community leaders, public officials, and institutional stakeholders.

This experience gives Morgan NPA an important perspective: we approach consulting not only as advisors, but as experienced nonprofit operators who understand the realities leadership teams face every day.

About the Founder

Hisham Morgan, MPA
Founder & Principal Consultant

Hisham Morgan is a nonprofit executive, management advisor, and organizational leader with more than 15 years of experience helping mission-driven institutions strengthen their operations and organizational capacity.

His professional experience spans executive nonprofit leadership, humanitarian organizations, faith-based institutions, education, community organizations, and public-sector engagement.

 

His work has included organizational turnaround, financial stabilization, strategic planning and execution, Board governance, performance management, fundraising operations, systems modernization, compliance, and cross-functional leadership.

As Chief Operating Officer of Baitulmaal, he has led organization-wide operational and performance initiatives, including rebuilding organizational infrastructure, strengthening internal controls, developing enterprise-wide KPIs, establishing policies and SOPs, and implementing and optimizing ERP/CRM systems. Previously, through executive leadership roles with the Muslim American Society, he directed operations, budgeting, fundraising, financial oversight, governance, systems implementation, and organizational turnaround initiatives while advising Boards and developing relationships with community and institutional stakeholders.

 

Hisham holds a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College, with graduate study focused on public and nonprofit administration, complementing his extensive practical leadership experience.

His consulting philosophy is straightforward: understand the mission, diagnose the real organizational challenge, develop practical solutions, and help leadership build the systems necessary to sustain them.
